How long will it take for the goods to arrive?

Upon receipt of your order, we promise to deliver to the shipping company within 12 hours. Due to the difference in distances around the world, the arrival time will be different. According to past experience, it usually arrives in 7 to 20 days.

About Cancellation & Returns.

FusonGlobal have a ‘no-quibble’ returns policy for all locations:
In the event you change your mind about a purchase upon receipt or find the product(s) to not meet your expectations then we can collect and offer full refund with no transport costs payable by you. So long as the goods are part of the current catalogue then there is no time limit to this unless the product has a use by date.
We cannot accept soiled products such as used spray guns. If you are not happy with the performance of a product then we would ask that you contact us to see if this can be resolved by altered technique or conditions etc.
It is your responsibility that returned goods are in the same condition as they were upon delivery. We reserve the right to deduct from any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. We reserve the right to charge for any necessary packaging/re-packaging.
We reserve the right to retain any costs, loss, charges, and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our advice is always to buy genuine and pay via PayPal as this gives you 45 days to raise a buyer’s dispute. Serial numbers can be checked by contacting the manufacturer to make sure they are genuine.
